Would you like to to feel more confident with your pelvic floor control? During this unique course Mary will take you on a journey of self discovery to reconnect to this central part of your body, empowering you with knowledge and teaching you movements to help keep your pelvis & pelvic floor healthy. The programme is spread over 6 weeks consisting of a weekly live mat based classes at the studio that runs along side an online educational programme. To participate in the live sessions you will need to be able to independently get on/ off the floor. If you have had recent surgery please contact Mary before booking. The course is not suitable if you are pregnant.
