Course Outline - Four Weeks of Comprehensive, Yet Flexible Learning

During this course Mary Thornton shares her 25 + years of clinical experience, treating Women with Pelvic dysfunction while combining Pilates & Yoga to provide a holistic approach to Female Pelvic Health. To support your learning, you will have access to a comprehensive library of pre-recorded material, PDFs, and quizzes, enabling you to study at your own pace, alongside four interactive live zoom tutorials with Mary, to consolidate and enhance your learning experience. During the course you will explore functional anatomy of the pelvis and surrounding structures, as well as common pathologies that impact female pelvic function, allowing you to critically reason why it's important to adapt specific exercises. You will also learn and practice movement strategies designed to restore fascial and movement function. By the end of this course, you will have a deeper understanding of pelvic dysfunction and acquire valuable tools to help restore your clients pelvic function while recieivng 10 NPCP / CIMSPA CPD points.
